Early Registration Fees
Please note: early registration fees are only available for those who register and make full payment before the early registration deadline. If you register and do not make payment by the early registration deadline you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.

Member Registration Fees
Please note that only ARMA / INORMS members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. If you have any queries about your membership subscription, please click here.
Non-members may click here to join before registering to take advantage of the reduced member rate, saving £42 on your registration.

Terms & Conditions
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment can be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering or you can choose to pay by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, your registration will be held for 14 days at which point payment should be received or your registration may be cancelled.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt/invoice will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 2 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing armaconference@abbeyuk.com

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at the following email address: armaconference@abbeyuk.com

Cancellations made on or before 19th April 2025 will be refunded in full, less a £75 administration fee.

Cancellations made between 20th April to 10th May 2025, will be refunded 50% of your fees, less a £75 administration fee.

There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 11th May 2025.

No-shows will NOT be refunded.

Non-EU participants may require a visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK visa please follow this link www.gov.uk. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email armaconference@abbeyuk.com to request a letter after you have registered and made payment. If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.
