This session will outline the management of the University of St Andrews CRIS system, which is shared between the University Library and the Research Policy office.  It will cover the benefits and potential pitfalls of a dual management approach including the expanision of publication validation expertise in time for REF and the challenges of bringing together the library and research office strategic aims such as changing behaviour long term while collecting the reporting data you need right now.  The session will be delivered as a case study of the St Andrews approach with a short discussion session to allow attendees to share their experiences of CRIS management. IT is aimed at ARMA members interested in CRIS management.
