I spent seven years as a research manager in an HEI before moving to a funding body role in 2018. I previously supported a wide range of research activity including REF, PGR, funding, impact, open access and ethics. More recently, I have learnt a huge amount about areas of research environment policy that I had no way of knowing previously. I’m keen to try and provide a platform for research managers to access this wider policy awareness. In my spare time, I do a bit of DJing, dancing and I love spin classes. I also like to swim and read.
