Helen Lau leads the Knowledge Exchange activity at Coventry University. Helen has 14 years experience working in knowledge exchange and particularly the relationship between industry and academia. Starting as a specialist in medical technology, and then assisted living technology Helen now oversees the knowledge exchange projects across the University Group including: engineering, arts and humanities, business and law and health and life sciences. Helen’s focus is on the projects themselves and how they will benefit both the university and industry itself, showing the impact that collaborative R&D can have for industry and academia.
