As founder and director of Research Consulting, Rob works with policymakers, funding bodies, research organisations and academic publishers in the UK and overseas.  Previously Head of Research Operations at the University of Nottingham, Rob is a longstanding member of ARMA, serving as a member of its conference planning committee from 2014-2018, and a trainer for EARMA’s Certificate in Research Management. He is currently leading a DFID-funded project which aims to strengthen the research systems in 7 African countries so that both local and donor research investment achieves economic and social impact.
