Nadja leads the Programme Development Capacity (PDC) team at Nesta. Prior to joining Nesta, Nadja worked on programme development for the Young Foundation, has also worked on the policy development, programme design and implementation in the field of socio-economic development within the European Commission and as an independent consultant for the World Bank in the Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
In the UK, Nadja also worked as a consultant for Department for International Development (DFID – UKAid), University of the Arts London advising on EU funding for the creative sector and for a number of private sector consultancies providing expert advice on programme design and management. She holds PGCert in Economic Management and Policy from Strathclyde University and currently working towards MSc. in Project and Programme Management with the University of Liverpool.
