Tania is a Research Facilitator in the College of Arts and Law at Birmingham. Prior to joining professional services she was a Wellcome Trust Postdoctoral Fellow (Warwick) and SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow (McGill). Having received funding, she enjoys drawing on her experiences to empathically support academics developing applications.
