Elizabeth is a Research Development Officer for the University of Sussex Business School and works with researchers in identifying appropriate funding opportunities and in developing their grant applications.  She is passionate about promoting and facilitating interdisciplinary research and has recently launched a new events programme, Research Dynamics.  She especially enjoys working with Early Career Researchers and collaborating with colleagues on University-wide strategic research initiatives.

Elizabeth has a PhD in English Literature from De Montfort University, Leicester and has a background in Literature and Art History.  Outside of work, she relishes a good laugh with good friends over good food.
