Alisha Peart is Research Impact Manager at Northumbria University where she manages a team of Impact Officers and Coordinators. Alisha is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to embed impact in the research culture and improve research impact outcomes. Alisha is passionate about impact and sharing best practice. She has recently presented at ARMA and INORMS conferences, co-authored blog posts, and most recently co-presented at the Australian Research Managers Society Conference; winning the People’s Choice Concurrent Session Presentation Prize. Alisha has over fifteen years’ experience of research and programme management, working across a range of research management and administrative roles.
