Sapna Marwaha joined the University of Nottingham in 2013 and currently leads the Research Contracts team of nine contract professionals and support staff.  She is a qualified solicitor in both Scotland and England and previously worked at both the University of Glasgow and in commercial private practice.  She has led in the drafting of the new suite of templates, building on the Brunswick Agreements, the Scottish University Agreements and other industry and in-house templates.

Research Contracts: An Introduction to the New Brunswick Agreements

The session aims to offer an introduction to the new suite of Brunswick templates launched at the end of 2016.  The agreements provide an update to existing templates, including the Brunswick Agreements and the Scottish University Agreements.  The objective in producing these templates is to improve efficiency and reduce negotiation in low risk inter-HEI collaborative
