Lizzie is a Research Funding Assistant in the University Research Office, leading on a range of grant and commercial income generating initiatives across the University Group.  Lizzie coordinates institutional Erasmus+ funding applications and has particular experience in sourcing and responding to tender opportunities, public research grants and CPD activities.

Lizzie plays a lead role in the development of internal and external stakeholder relationships and in managing communications with funding bodies and external suppliers. Lizzie acts as project champion for the development and continuous improvement of Research Office information and knowledge management systems.

Lizzie has previously worked in learning and skills development roles, grant scheme management and as an ambassador for national apprenticeship opportunities.
