Eva Broer has worked at King’s College London as Head of Postgraduate Policy and Operations since January 2016. At King’s she leads a team that hold responsibility for PGR quality assurance, such as review and implementation of the PGR Regulations, and for PG Scholarship management, including RCUK DTP and CDT funding. Before coming to King’s, Eva worked at the University of the Arts, most recently as Research Students Manager.

Doctoral Training Partnerships; or, How to Play with Others

In order to receive Postgraduate scholarships the Research Councils are increasingly forcing Universities to work together in Consortia which are sometimes made up many partners, or institutions that cover a large geographic area. Institutions that receive funding from multiple Councils may be in differently constituted Consortia for each of those and small or single subject
