Dr Elizabeth Morrow led the research impact project for the Leadership Foundation. Elizabeth works as an independent researcher in Northern Ireland and is interested in using research to improve the way organisations work and the impact they have. She was previously employed at King’s College London on health service quality and effectiveness projects.
