In this session you will be able to assess an alternative model for supporting impact and publicly engaged research at the same time as providing high quality development opportunities for PGR students, through the role of PGR Public Engagement Fellow. The session will explore the drivers for developing this model, and the benefits to the broader academic community, to a busy Faculty Research Office, and to the PGR students. The session will hear from the Research Development Manager and testimony from the PGR Fellows themselves, and will take the form of a case study which shows what was done and how things developed over the course of an academic year.
