Research Managers are increasingly engaged in research activity related to their profession.  This may be through accredited training, masters and PhD level programmes, as well on the job research.  This session will explore scholarly writing for new writers in terms of thinking about why to do it, what might be the barriers, and how to progress your own writing.  We will also seek feedback from attendees in terms of how they think ARMA could provide support for its members through development opportunities and routes to publishing.
