Public and patient involvement in research is not a new concept in health sciences research, but is less common outside the discipline.  However, involving research end-users in research design and delivery can be useful in ensuring impact.  This session will focus on the principles and benefit of involvement for all research disciplines, and how involvement can be embedded into all research activity to ensure it is meaningful.
